You may default and want to grab a normal dress option for an upcoming wedding but I am sharing with you how to get out of your comfort zone and style a bold jumpsuit for a wedding this summer.

I love celebrating my friends love but being in my 4th year and wedding number <insert number here> I found myself in a style rut when trying to find the *perfect* outfit.

My first wedding of 2017 put me in a special situation to change things up a bit.

One of my best friends, Lauren, was getting married and instead of having way too many bridesmaids, she wanted us to wear blue to be her "something blues".

With this slight direction of what to wear on the wedding day, I found myself looking first going for traditional dresses since I didn't have a blue dress on and that would work for an outdoor wedding.
I became frustrated with more traditional options so I decided it was time to think outside of the box.
After really liking my jumpsuit moment here, I decided that it may be time to have another one.
After being disappointed by a dress at Zara, I stumbled upon this beauty.

The culottes are a trend I have been on the fence with for a little bit but the fabric on this jumpsuit is pretty flattering.
Another big change in this outfit is that I didn't wear heels when I shared this detail with my friends prior to the wedding they were shocked.
I scored this perfect pop of color slides at Zara as well to make this a truly bold and fun wedding guest outfit.

STYLE TIP
I have grazed over a few reasons as to why this jumpsuit worked for me and my body.
Be conscious when selecting jumpsuits, and rompers while we are at it, that work for your body type.  Fabric and fit are key to getting the perfect look.
