It is so crazy to think that went to Miami over a two months ago for a friends Bachelorette party WHICH is why this outfit is the perfect throwback Thursday outfit to share.
I'm Cuban (as mentioned here) and have always had family in the area but I had never been to South Beach in particular on a non-family visit.
It was quite a nonstop weekend which can be a little stressful but it was wonderful to meet new girls, be in a beautiful place, and celebrate a friend that has found love.
This was the outfit I wore in our first night out where we went to a casual dinner and then let the beach winds takes us wherever.
This lace crop top from Intermix may be one of my best purchases I have made in awhile.

This beauty was originally priced well over $200 and was marked down significantly on top of an extra 40% off, so I ended up purchasing the top for under $60 - that is a real deal.
The fabric and fit were perfect and I couldn’t have made a better blind purchase.

A SHOPPING TIP: even though you may receive a TON of shopping emails regarding every single store you shop at, I do recommend taking a look at them (when you have extra money to spend!) because you never know which store will have 1. A great sale 2. May have that item you have been searching for/may have an item that could surprise you at a great price.
Again, these Joie wedge espadrilles make an appearance - they are so comfortable and were perfect to walk around the international city and dance the night away.
Little fact that may make them a little bit more comfortable - they are 5 inch heels and I didn’t want the jute yarn (what all espadrilles are made from) to irritate the ball of my foot, so I purchased a clear Dr.Scholl insert to cushion and soften the shoe.
