Like my post title and outfit suggest, Spring weather is pretty spotty this year.  
With a foot of snow one day and 60 degrees the next, it feels like the spring will never ever come.
Any day that break into the 50's, I grab my trusty polka dotted tights and put them under my spring inspired outfit to make it just a tad bit warmer for this weird weather. 
 NOW only if it would stay warm enough to wear this outfit sans tights.
