Since I'm constantly running late, throwing a blazer over a comfy tee and grabbing the closet pair of heels is typically how my day goes.  I've had this blazer for awhile and love the elbow patch detailing.  My office is pretty casual, so this is what I am typically spotted in as I'm running out the door in the mornings.
