This is how I styled this amazing piece for a night on the town with your friends.

Like I've stated before, I had never been a romper fan until this H&M number.

Though I wore this last time when I was in Richmond, I may have to break it out again for one of my best friend's birthdays this weekend.

I mean, isn't this just the perfect dance-all-night outfit?!

I don't think I have worn an outfit in awhile that I felt was just "pretty".

I found this top at my local Anthropologie with an extra 30% off its sale price last week.

It is actually a more modest crop top that has already paired so well with other pieces in my closet.

I really love how this outfit has so many different lines happening with the textures and prints but they work so well together.

I can't believe it has taken me so long to share this outfit because it really has been my outfit of choice for any night event I've had this summer.

The skirt fits perfectly (Keepsake knows how to construct clothes...) & the slit is the perfect amount of sexy.

Since the skirt hits so far up on my stomach pairing it with a crop top doesn't reveal too much skin.

Pairing a pencil skirt with a slit and a tighter fit with a crop top is a simple way to achieve an easy and perfect going out outfit.

I made a last minute decision 2 weeks ago to join a few friends on their Euro trip.

So, in exactly 1 month from today I will be heading to Barcelona, Spain and Lisbon, Portugal.

To say I am excited would be an understatement.

It has been over 10 years since I have been to Europe so I am really excited to learn about these amazing cities I've never visited before.

With this trip also comes additional content to my blog beyond my personal style (something I've been wanting to do for awhile)!

A few weeks ago, one of my best friends got married.

The wedding was amazing, she was beautiful, and we celebrated into the wee hours of the night.

This was the rehearsal dinner dress that I stumbled upon at Nordstrom Rack.

The classic shape & bold color makes it easy to wear to any event.

The Happiness Boutique sent me this great statement necklace that really complimented the royal blue in the dress.
